• Community Home Support Agencies , contact your Supervisor
• Adult Daycare Centres, contact your Program Coordinator
• Community Health Centres, contact your A/OA Manager
• Other settings, contact Kyle Welton, Mental Health Assistant at (604) 708-5224 or Email gpep@vch.ca, or fax 604-874-7661
• Staff from agencies/facilities funded by Vancouver Coastal Health may register on-line at ccrs.vch.ca. All courses offered by GPEP will be listed under Category: Geropsychiatric Education. Choose "Affiliate" when prompted for your work location and type in the name of your facility as well as the address.
